Vincent is the co-founder and COO at Micro Meat. Micro Meat produces white label solutions to enable anyone to sell cultivated meat, both on Earth and in-space. Previously, Vincent worked with NASA, Blue Origin and ULA on the SLS, New Glenn and Delta IV rockets. He has worked on nearly every stage of launch system development, from early system napkin sketches to launching the fastest man-made satellite around the sun. Away from work, he is passionate about baking, researching the latest in AI and watching launches at the cape.
